Chop a été créé pour les gens qui aiment partager, discuter et surtout déguster un steak! Nous sommes fiers d’offrir un menu de source durable et des coupes de bœuf 100 % canadien de qualité supérieure. La viande que nous servons est unique, tout comme notre cuisson. Notre gril Montague offre une température de cuisson jusqu’à 1 800 °F, ce qui permet de créer une croûte savoureuse et parfaite, chaque fois! Nos côtes de bœuf cuisent lentement dans un four à humidité contrôlée, ce qui les rend tendres et délicieuses. Nous apportons le même soin à chacune des boissons et à chacun des plats que nous préparons à la main; de nos options véganes à nos assiettes de fruits de mer. La cuisine gastronomique à portée de tous! Qualité, chaleur et énergie sont au rendez-vous au dîner, au 5 @ 7, au souper et en soirée!

                                                  Overall very nice place, ribs were not fall of the bone unfortunately and steak was a bit much chewy for medium rare. Although amazing time and other appetizers and drinks were good.

                                                  Chop steakhouse never disappoints. Food was great. Family really enjoyed. We did start out on the patio but it was a warm day and the table tops were burning hot. The umbrellas they have on the patio don’t do a very good job at creating sufficient shade. Unfortunately, we moved inside. Our server Jade (sp*) is amazing. Very accommodating and efficient. The soup of the day was a roast beef soup that I highly recommend. Overall great experience as always.

                                                  Nice atmosphere. Waiter was attentive & knowledgeable. We had a lovely evening. Food was good, cooked to doneness requested. Overall, very good!

                                                  I have been coming here for years now. When we attend Chop, we always inform our server that I have Celiac Disease. However, during this experience, my father and I were served Gluten (whether cross contamination happened or an error happened in the kitchen) and I become sick at the restaurant (as my reaction is immediate) and my father was sick two hours later. When I bought up that I had gluten to the server (Megan) that I ingested Gluten, she immediately became defensive saying that it could not have been the Gluten as it was prepared by the chef and they followed the “Gluten-Free” protocol. We (our table) asked her to go ask the kitchen what could have went wrong, if it was cross contamination or an error in the process, by adding gluten ingredients. She did not get us the Chef or go back to the kitchen to check and get us an answer. Chop needs to train their staff to be more serious and understanding when it comes to a food related allergy and/or disease. Next time, we will always request for Shawn, as he is 1000/100! Heavily disappointed during this experience where our server was dismissive where I ingested Gluten.
