Consistently the best food west of the 405 - and it's nice to see the outstanding staff who have been with the restaurant for decades. You can't go wrong here.

We have been going there for over 35 years and the quality and consistency of the food remains excellent. The service and friendliness of all the team is great and we highly recommend this place.

Chinois is an LA institution and I can’t believe it took me so long to finally come here. The Asian decor creates an appealing atmosphere. Food is served family style, but the portions were so generous that we ended up taking much of it home. The standout dish was the Catfish, which was impressively presented and filleted at our table. Service was excellent without ever being intrusive. They even gave us a complimentary dessert for our special occasion. We will surely return.

fabulous. not use to being there so busy noise was a lot but the restaurant is wonderful and good for i so busy

We had a delicious dinner. We had the vegetable spring rolls, the ribs appetizer and then the Szechuan Beef and the Duck Fried Rice. The maitre’ d advised us that it would be enough food and it absolutely was. Everything was presented beautifully, and was perfectly delicious! Then they brought me a little strawberry shortcake for my birthday! And that was presented beautifully and was delicious! Can’t wait to come back!
