I’m a long time fan of Chima and it was great to come back while visiting my hometown. A word of warning: at 8pm on a Saturday night their valet told us they “didn’t have any more spots for us” so my party was forced to seek street parking nearby and walk to the restaurant.

Somos habitué del lugar, nos encanta el lugar la comida y el servicio! Anoche festejamos mi cumpleaños y Dassaet nos llenó de detalles, siempre con su impecable atención ! Siempre los recomendamos ya que nos parece el mejor Rodizio !

Our food was great and our server gave us an extra special birthday experience! We left with our bellies full and lots of fun memories!

Absolutely the best Brazilian Steakhouse in Broward County! The food is authentic, plentiful and delicious. And I'm Brazilian, so I know what I'm talking about. Great and friendly service from the hostess station all the way to the gauchos. Guilherme the manager made sure we were well taken care of. Our server Johan was very attentive and always present, thank you Johan! We felt very welcomed and pampered by everyone we came in contact. We will surely be back and highly recommended Chima! Obrigado.

Chima has the best ambience, steaks and salad bar in town. There’s no steakhouse in Lauderdale that beats them. You can choose from so many different steaks, salmon and so much more, and the staff is always at your table wanting to bring you whatever you need/want. We ate here Saturday night and I wanted to give a big shout out to what was possibly the greatest experiences of any restaurant we have been to, specifically: Genevieve S., was our lead server and she made sure every steak arrived and was cooked at the right temperature. She always made sure we didn’t need anything, our drinks were full and new clean plates were delivered. In addition, she’s a really nice, super cool girl to talk to (very smart and well traveled). Edvince C. always made sure everything was at the table. He was great. Awesome guy with a smile and laugh yet ultra professional. Bouckson M. is the great Gaucho who always made sure we had great steaks (fillet mignon, ribeyes etc.) and at the right temperature. Thanks Bouckson. Carlos S. was exceptional as well. Always took care of us. Never needed anything from him. Great personality as well. Maycko would continually stop by the table and he and Genevieve worked in tandem to make sure we always had clean plates and a clean table. Great guy. Thanks Maycko. Omar is the manager and he is fantastic. He stays on top of everybody and everything and makes sure the customers experience is exceptional (which he does) . Probably the best restaurant manager we’ve ever met.

The service was incredible. We were greeted with smiles from the hostess, who made conversation with us as she seated us. The manager, Omar, often makes it a point to round the restaurant and politely greet patrons, and check on us. Our server was Inez, who was very attentive and fulfilled all of our requests promptly. The gauchos are friendly and our table was attended to by a variety of meats throughout the dinner. My 4 year old really enjoys this experience and requests we take her to “the meat restaurant” nearly every other week! I had the salad bar, my husband and daughter enjoyed the Rodizio and particularly love the New Zealand lamb. Over all, excellent dining experience at Chimas!
