    Andres was our server and he along with the whole staff were super professional and helpful. Food was delicious and plentiful. My favorite was the shrimp and the bacon wrapped meat. Plenty of options. They were also kind enough to change our table since it was a little chilly in the original setting. Nice live music and one last thing, the passion fruit caipirinha was delicious.

    I made reservations for 6:00. Our party of 5 was seated immediately. The date was 9/2/24. Our server took our drink order and didn’t return until 20 minutes later. Some meats were so bland we had to use salt. The server never came to refill our drinks or ask what type of meat we were looking for. Terrible service. Plus when I made the reservation it was for my sons and husband’s birthday. It was never mentioned until I had to say something. Very disappointing experience

    I don’t know if it was the acoustics of the interior but it was so loud. Could barely hear our server. Had to speak to my partner like we were at a bar. The variety was cool but weren’t impressed by the quality

    Birthday Celebration for our grandson turning 25. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience. From the extensive salad bar to the never ending meats! It was a very special experience.

    This is a beautiful restaurant; always has been. Two of us, who have been 50-100 times over the life of the restaurant, went on a Tuesday and requested the Dine Out menu. It seemed like a good deal, though really is only $9 less than the regular price. And unlike, say Cafe Max, who gives a generous set of a dozen choices, each for the first two courses, and half a dozen desserts to choose from, we got a different color casino chip to turnover which restricted us from two or three of the cuts of meat, and only two desserts to choose from. That seems like a reasonable trade off what didn’t seem like a reasonable trade off service that took an hour longer than the usual experience despite the fact that we not Siberia, but a table near the very good salad bar and well within the flow and view of the gauchos bearing parillada. We had one server at the beginning, a different one by the end. No one came over to water or check to bring us the three little side dishes constitute the set up. I had to literally get up and ask for them. Like we were treated by the restaurant citizens, which is really a stupid attitude for them to take since the whole point of dying out fort Lauderdale and Miami spice is to get people to try good restaurants during slow months to build market share during the rest of the year. I think it’s called marketing, but what do I know? There are numerous other steakhouses in town now. I’ve been told that they’re good, but haven’t tried them because Chima is such a pretty place to go. I’m sorry I think Chima did the marketing for them because before I go back I’ll try each of those. Mind you this wasn’t terrible. The food was good, I don’t even blame that on second class treatment. I just blame that on a lazy gaucho. She got all the ingredients to restore itself immediately. It just needs to clean up its act and do what it’s always been able to do well. Just not last night.

    So tasteful mashed potatoes and side dishes, all meats flavorful and so delicious. A1 service, top attentiveness from the whole team.

    I went with my family to Chima for a birthday. We had a great experience overall. The venue is very pretty, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was great. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great evening. The only suggestion I would make to the restaurant is to better pace the servers as they come out with sliced meats. At one point, we had about five servers surrounding us which was a big intimidating. Still, all very polite and nice, but overwhelming for someone new to that style of restaurant.
