Le Chicago Cut Steakhouse redéfinit la cuisine «steak-centrique» avec un bœuf certifié USDA, coupé à la main et vieilli à sec sur place.     Decided to celebrate a birthday with a beautiful afternoon on the Chicago River at Chicago Cut Steakhouse. Did not disappoint; the lobster escargot is always excellent. Special of day, Beef Wellington, awesome; the sides plentiful and delicious. And talk about a good pour with their drinks; they know what they’re doing, for sure! Thank you for a fantastic afternoon—even Mother Nature cooperated.

    Wonderful dinner. We (3) all loved what we got (salmon, skirt steak, and burger). Service was great, everyone was very attentive. Thank you for a beautiful evening.

    We enjoyed the outdoor dining experience. The weather was perfect coming from Florida. The food was amazing . Great ambience.

    Beautiful view from outside seating. Server was very attentive. Steak was fantastic, done exactly as I asked.

    The experience was perfect, the food was great, the view was beautiful and the server Joe was outstanding. Some of the best steaks I have ever had. Joe had them pull our car around while we were still at the table, so we didn’t have to wait too long, unfortunately my sisters car had a flat tire, Jack who works for the valet company could not have been nicer and changed the tire for her. Spectacular service all the way around.

    The food is great. Service a little too quick. Couldn't help but feel the "bums rush". Prepare to yell over diner and only hear half the conversation. The noise level is off the charts. Customers pay premium prices. Go somewhere else. It's not like Chicago doesn't have that many streak houses. The food is great--but our table had a horrible time.
