Le Chicago Cut Steakhouse redéfinit la cuisine «steak-centrique» avec un bœuf certifié USDA, coupé à la main et vieilli à sec sur place.     Made this reservation for my boss and his guest and Chicago Cut did not disappoint! Food and service were excellent!

    I celebrated my birthday here with my husband. The outdoor patio with views of the river and skyline were amazing. I had the surf and turf and the filet was melt-in-your-mouth delicious as was the lobster. Service was amazing. There are a lot of high end steakhouses in Chicago, so it takes a lot to set one restaurant apart from the others. This place has definitely set itself apart.

    One of the most memorable and distinguished dining experiences I've had in Chicago. The service was splendid, and the food was excellent. Will recommend to anyone coming to Chicago!

    The experience , food, and service was exceptional. Lovely evening spent near the river with wonderful food and excellent service Hash brown potatoes are a must try .really enjoyed by even the vegans dining.

    Decided to celebrate a birthday with a beautiful afternoon on the Chicago River at Chicago Cut Steakhouse. Did not disappoint; the lobster escargot is always excellent. Special of day, Beef Wellington, awesome; the sides plentiful and delicious. And talk about a good pour with their drinks; they know what they’re doing, for sure! Thank you for a fantastic afternoon—even Mother Nature cooperated.

    Wonderful dinner. We (3) all loved what we got (salmon, skirt steak, and burger). Service was great, everyone was very attentive. Thank you for a beautiful evening.
