Le Chicago Cut Steakhouse redéfinit la cuisine «steak-centrique» avec un bœuf certifié USDA, coupé à la main et vieilli à sec sur place. Une variété de coupes faites sur commande se combinent à huit options de poissons, des crustacés, des côtelettes, une gamme de plats d'accompagnement copieux et même davantage, tout cela sur le vaste menu du souper. Le restaurant sert également le meilleur petit déjeuner en ville. L'environnement varié du Chicago Cut comprend un coin bar délimité par de spectaculaires étagères à vin, des banquettes en velours rouge et des tables spacieuses, ainsi qu'une magnifique vue sur la rivière Chicago.     Could not have been more disappointed. Table not ready at time of reservation. It happens so we went to wait at the bar. They forgot about us. When we finally asked suddenly there was a table ready outside next to the waiters entry station. Horrible table. Bad experience. We were really looking forward to eating here. Doubt we will go back. Maybe just our bad luck.

    Me and my daughter we had a great meal at Chicago Cut Steakhouse. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. The team was very kind and helpful. Specially, our host.Eileanoir and Frank. I’m sure we will be back again.

    We had a great table outside adjacent to the river. Great food and service. It was a Monday night, and many outdoor tables were available.

    This steakhouse was highly recommended by several attorneys I know. I dined with my son, a law enforcement officer, and we were both thrilled with our experience!! The steaks were delicious, service was prompt and attentive and the venue is lovely, overlooking the Chicago River! We shall definitely return!! Thank you!

    We were on vacation in Chicago and after listening to our boat guide mention this was one of the best steakhouses out there, we know we had to check it out. It did not disappoint. It was early, so there weren’t many customers; however, the service was impeccable. The wait staff split our appetizers and entrees so that we could share without making a mess of things. The main waiter gave excellent recommendation on wine choices along with desserts and was knowledgeable on entree questions. We couldn’t decide on dessert so we ordered two and they gave us a complimentary third was which delicious and a must try. I don’t remember the name; however, it was raspberry ice cream with chocolate cake and torched marshmallow frosting. If we get a chance to return to Chicago, this will be our first stop.

    Matthew was a masterful server. Our party passed around The bone-in rib-eye and bone-in filet and they were among the best I’ve had. Sides of fresh shucked corn and scalloped potatoes scored well but the show stopper was the lobster cargot. A memorable meal and great way to celebrate and friend’s retirement.

    Peter was a lovely hostess. Very handsome and polite. I hope to see him as my waiter during my next visit. The food was as always exquisite and everyone went above and beyond to celebrate the belated birthday. Chicago Cut will always be my first choice for night out in Chicago when I'm home.

    Our server was fantastic and the food was amazing. Highly recommend Chicago Cut. It’s my absolute favorite steakhouse in the city.
