   The service was absolutely perfect! And the Lobstercargot was some of the best food I have tasted!!! The steak was great and the lobster roll was good. I would definitely recommend to anyone! It’s pricy BUT worth it!!!

   Private room and service was outstanding. Two steaks were under-crooked and tasted good not great.

   The food was decent, the service was very intrusive—I was there on a business lunch and interrupted every three minutes. The ambient noise caused me to be a lip reader.

   Service and food was very good. Prices a bit much for what we received but would come back.

   Ooo party of three was completely disappointed. After dining at Chicago Cut numerous times since it opened, the food was very bad quality last night. The service was not much better. We had to ask the waiter three times if he could tell us the specials on the board. The noise level was very loud as usual, but the food has always been delicious. Last night, the pea soup was bad, brussels sprouts were undercooked. The salmon was undercooked. The Keylime pie graham cracker crust could not be cut with a steak knife.  Perhaps there was somebody new in the kitchen. Although a frequent business lunch and dinner diner I don’t think I will be going back.

    We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and the service was exceptional. Matthew, our server, was knowledgeable and polite. Everyone on the service team just did a fantastic job tending to their customers. The only mishap we had was that they couldn’t get the doneness right on my husband’s steak. And they tried twice to fix it but after all was said and done, it was comped, which is greatly appreciated. Jason, who I believe is one of the managers, helped us with that and was polite and professional as well. While it was a bit disappointing about the steak, everything else was great.
