Le Chicago Cut Steakhouse redéfinit la cuisine «steak-centrique» avec un bœuf certifié USDA, coupé à la main et vieilli à sec sur place. Une variété de coupes faites sur commande se combinent à huit options de poissons, des crustacés, des côtelettes, une gamme de plats d'accompagnement copieux et même davantage, tout cela sur le vaste menu du souper. Le restaurant sert également le meilleur petit déjeuner en ville. L'environnement varié du Chicago Cut comprend un coin bar délimité par de spectaculaires étagères à vin, des banquettes en velours rouge et des tables spacieuses, ainsi qu'une magnifique vue sur la rivière Chicago. Un patio extérieur étendu bordant la rivière attire les convives tout au long de la journée et de la soirée. Exceptional service last night from Julian! Thanks to Jason for getting us the exact table we wanted. We ordered 2 filets which were both cooked to a perfect medium. Filet sliders are 10/10 All the sides we ordered were delicious!! Mac n cheese came out cold but Julian replaced it for us with no questions!! Brussels were slightly undercooked for my liking but flavor was incredible! Fries were piping hot and had soooo good!!! Perfect crunch, with light Parmesan & truffle. Good portion for two people. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary & a new job. Julian brought us out complimentary chocolate cake. Omg don’t skip dessert here!!! The chocolate cake is heavenly! Very moist and definitely rich. One of my favorite chocolate cakes ever!!! On top of the amazing service and delicious food the outdoor patio simply can’t be beat!! Some of the best views in the city!

A beautiful gem with the best view of the city. Steak was amazing and service was great. The sides were good. We will definitely go back.

This is the first time I have gone to cut and had a poor meal. The steaks were tasteless and not cooked well.

Chicago Cut is a great venue to impress a business client or a first date. We took a friend out for dinner Friday night to celebrate her birthday. It was loud when we arrived and so dark that I had to pull out a flashlight to read the menu. The restaurant had tables outside, which would have a much more relaxing venue given the beautiful fall evening. Attentive service, although initially it appeared that our server was trying to rush us through the meal. The food quality was excellent and food was well prepared but not imaginatively so. This place was much more impressive years ago but now seems to be riding its reputation.

Food was amazing! Service was exceptional. We sat outside and could see the river. They had little heaters to take the chill off. It was a bit noisy at times when a train would pass but nothing too obnoxious. Overall fabulous experience. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fabulous and I’m a snob. Lively ambiance. Where the cool kids go. Fabulous views of the Best City Ever. And the Dining Room Vibe?! Old school luxe! Delicious all around. Drinks. Steak (!!!) and the sides!! Impeccable service. Civilized. Can I give this place 7 stars? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chicago Cut not what it used to be in terms of quality of food relative to price. Salads were all limp and not great. Need to pick back up their game.

As always, Chicago Cut delivered an incredible experience with absolutely spectacular food. I love to bring guests here because of the beautiful location and the top notch staff. I particularly like the lobstercargot. No visit to Chicago is complete without it.
