One of the best cioppinos I have had in years! Our server Matthew was helpful, making great suggestions, attentive and very friendly.

The staff & food was amazing as always! I have never written a negative review anywhere, but this was very unsettling. Unfortunately the owner treated us poorly multiple times. We had booked two reservations for 8 people given that it wouldn’t let us book for more, they then told us we would need to sit at two separate tables which we had no problem with. When telling us, the owner was very rude and repeated himself several times that this was not OK to do on short notice - we were celebrating a birthday party for a New Year’s day baby, so we had a hard time contacting them too far in advance. We felt like we had to be extra kind while there and felt very uncomfortable whenever the owner (who was cooking) would come out. Our waiter Mathew was amazing and kind and even apologized for how we were spoken to. To end the birthday we had an ice cream cake, which we were told it’s $2 per slice to cut, and we were fine with that until the owner came out and (again very rudely) told us no one has ever brought an ice cream cake and he did not know how to cut it. I then said I can cut the cake and he said no because they would still have to charge. I then asked for our cake back and we had to cut it at home. Which again, we had no problem with any of the rules, it was the delivery of the owner and making my family feel uncomfortable at a place that we love to go to several times a year and whenever we want to celebrate any accomplishments or birthdays. Finding a new location for celebrations will be difficult since we love their food, but being treated like this throughout the night was unfortunate.

This visit was on New Years Eve - the restaurant was packed, with several groups waiting for tables. Staff did a very good job of getting us seated and served and following up to see if we needed anything as the meal progressed. Food was hot off the stove when it arrived at our table. All in all the staff handled a very busy night in an efficient and friendly manner

We had reservations for 6:45 and seated at that time. Place was popping because it was New Years. Asked for our drink order right away. We ordered the Caprese Salad, Shrimp and Scallop pasta and Crème Brûlée for dinner. Every thing was excellent - next time a little less char on the top. We will be back

It was a perfect New Year’s Eve experience. We had a party of 7 and the service was impeccable, the food was excellent and we were able to carry on a conversation without yelling, even though the restaurant was packed.

I had a very nice time at Chianti’s for lunch today. Friendly greeting, service with a smile, food came very timely. I did not feel rushed eating. I liked the table cloth. All the more special. The restaurant owner should never let the cook leave. Highly recommended.

We had Christmas Eve dinner at Chianti’s. They had a special menu with some very nice items on it. We are from out of town visiting relatives so it was nice to find a good place to have dinner. Our server was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our dishes were very good. Overall we had a great experience.

Since we dined on Christmas eve we expected a festive environment. We were disappointed to find there was not a single holiday decoration anywhere in the restaurant. It felt just like another Tuesday nite out.

Good and service are always good here! To our surprise the veal limone price was 13 dollars higher than I've paid before.
