So glad I found this restaurant. Comfortable, welcoming and unpretentious and really very good food. Attentive staff and well balanced menu choices. I highly recommend Chez Lindsey and will definitely be going back.

Lovely little restaurant in Richmond. Crepes are always great but also a good choice of fish. Brilliant staff who are helpful and friendly. Best of all, you never feel rushed to vacate your table like some other restaurants in Richmond.

Very authentic French food! The prix fixe is also great and the gazette reminded me of my Paris days!

Excellent food. We had crab salad which was beautifully presented and very delicious. Then we had fish which again was presented beautifully and tasted lovely. My husband had a crepe for dessert with Happy Birthday piped in chocolate! Staff very professional and friendly. Have been here before and will continue to go.

Very nice efficient friendly service. Food mixed - extremely delicious entree of scallops, also good rillettes with sourdough. Steak fries (which was a sirloin) not super tasty. Desserts a let down - a pancake with lemon and sugar was stodgy and a chocolate tart had what seemed like a supermarket pre cooked pastry crust. Low mark for ambience for us because we were seated at the front of the long narrow restaurant with door open to traffic on busy road with narrow pavement. I only thought to ask them to shut it towards the end of the meal. Rear of the restaurant is much nicer. I think I would go back, sit at rear and avoid certain dishes.

We haven’t been here since the new management arrived. The staff are all still there and still fabulous. The food was gorgeous. The salmon special was cooked to perfection. The wine was reasonably priced and we will be back!
