Been there many years ago and I thought it was good. Took my woman there for Valentine's and it's changed. Tables are way too close together, cannot even talk privately. The food came out without all the necessary items, such as silverware. Lucky another waiter saw us and asked the bartender to get us some. However, she came over with an attitude, I said thanks and no response. Loaded potato came without anything, just a plain potato. Had to ask and wait 5 minutes for the toppings to come, chimichurri we asked for with our steaks they forgot. Dessert was good, my NY strip was too, but her filet was over cooked. Could have had a better experience at Texas Roadhouse and saved $150 for basically the same meal.

Food took over 1 1/2 hours, we complained at 1 1/2 hour then miraculously it was done within 5 minutes. The steak was cool and blue in the center so it was rushed to get out. Overall very poor experience.

Seriously….one of the BEST places to go for steak! The quality, flavor, and uniqueness of their wood blend on the grill make one of the most delicious steaks I’ve ever had!

Extremely busy evening (Valentine’s Day) and they handled it very well! Servers were super friendly and courteous, food was exceptional and we didn’t feel crowded. We have experienced ups and downs at Chester’s but tonight they had it all together. Hopefully, they are able to sustain this level because we love going there.

Chester’s overbooked for Valentine’s Day. We were the earliest reservation, but waited 50 minutes for our meal. We were seated at a table next to the servers’ station, with constant traffic and loose floorboards under the table. The food was lukewarm. Overall, disappointing, when compared to the previous ownership.

We had reservations to celebrate our anniversary. We were greeted when we arrived and was sat our table. Our server, I can’t remember her name, but she was great! Our food was delicious!! This was our first time eating here and the abeyance was very nice.

Reservation at 530, seated right away, ordered meal by 545, food came out at 650. Plus 2 nearby tables came in after us, received their food, ate and left before we got our food.
