Great to enjoy a delicious lunch where you can actually hear each other! The fresh pizza was delicious as was my friend’s panini.

I had a great dinner here last night. Excellent calamari with zucchini and eggplant Parmesan for shared appetizers. I had branzino and my boyfriend had veal Marsala. The martinis were a nice size and reasonably priced. I will be back. The service was very attentive.

Meh. The quality of the food and portion sizes have deteriorated in the last few years. Last night was my last supper there.

We were delighted to discover Chelsea Ristorante, actually quite by chance, as we searched for info about another great Italian restaurant in the area, that was no longer in business. But based on the menu, and reviews, we decided to be adventurous and "take a chance". And wow, were we ever glad that we did. We began by ordering the California pinot noir which was absolutely outstanding; the house salad as well, and the "little bites" (nice touch), offered by the restaurant while waiting for the meal to come out were delicious. We ordered the Tonnarelli Truffle Con Gamberi - homemade tonnarelli pasta, with sautéed argentinos shrimps and black truffle cream sauce as our main course and it was "out of this world". We chose the Ricotta Pistachio Cake for dessert and were not disappointed. All of our choices were suggested by Donny, who was so very helpful in guiding our selections. As we are not "big eaters", we shared all the above, and were so very pleased to find that the kitchen staff accommodated us by dividing the selections before they arrived at the table. Bravo to all those who helped to make this a wonderful dining experience. We look forward to returning and will not hesitate to recommend Chelsea Ristorante to friends!!!

The restaurant is close to the Joyce Theater so they are perfect for brunch/lunch before the performance. The four of us enjoyed the food and service and will book again when we’re going to Joyce.

I was meeting a friend from the UK who was taking the L train in from Brooklyn. Her son suggested this restaurant and we could not have been happier! Service, food and ambience was just what we were looking for.

Where do we begin? We found Chelsea Ristorante through Open Table. What a jewel in the Chelsea section of Manhattan. Everything from the food, the service, the ambiance, and the value. We couldn't have asked for more. We definitely will be revisiting in the near future. Donnie and staff, thank you for a wonderful dining experience and the wonderful vibe that your restaurant has!!! Food is good ,but the service not great,since we sit in so rushing us to order then dessert and check ,even the restaurant is not full house,don’t understand why they do that
