Neighborhood French-inspired bistro featuring an ever-changing French-Fusion menu that keeps you coming back to try the things you didn’t have room for.
Marianne’s organic garden helps supply Warren’s kitchen with his beloved fresh produce & both are actively involved in the local food movement.
The ambiance is fusion as well - bistro style rather than “fine dining” - that is at once classic French and comfortable with an open kitchen so foodies can watch the work in progress. Art work is a mix of Mucha prints and Warren’s photography. Music is quirky.
Nightly wine by the glass specials, carefully curated wine list and a delightful cocktail menu round out drinks offerings.
Neither high chairs nor booster seats are available.
Reservations are for a two hour time period.
Classic Parisian style sidewalk seating available.
Warren and his wife Marianne have spent the last twenty-five years delighting diners with their worldly cuisine & genuine hospitality.

We’ve enjoyed Chef Warren on several occasions and never disappoints. Overall, the food was delicious with the exception of my wife’s chicken breast plate. She felt the potatoes were barely warm. The French onion soup was delicious. We’ll certainly go back.

It is a true experience to go to Chef Warren's. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered the hanger steak with cheese covered fries. The steak came out perfect medium rare and was delicious. OUTSTANDING!!!

Chef Warren's has consistently excellent food and always friendly and helpful service. I like it that the service staff is the same year after year!

I've been traveling to Southern Pines since 2011, and every time we go I eat at Chef Warren's. Their menu is excellent, their wine selection great, their staff spectacular, and we have never, ever been let down. And I hope to be back soon!

Chef Warren’s is on par with highly rated Michelin star restaurants. Chef Warren’s is a hallmark dining experience. The menu features an unmatched list of carefully curated meals served with stunning presentation that will undoubtedly want you to return for more. The drink menu is the best in the Pines. The cocktail menu features an impressive list of creative drinks with an exceptional balance of flavor and aesthetic. The ambiance is suitable for dating or a night out with friends. You will never have a bad dining experience at Chef Warren’s.
