Nice place. Good ambiance. Food was good. Had the jambalaya, very spicy, but good flaver. Also had the paella was good butbut the shrimp and lobster was overcooked

went with 2 friends who could not eat their food as they felt the flavor was not good enough to eat. IT looked ok but they said it was not edible for them. I had fish which was ok but it was not trimmed properly. Overall it was disappointing as the reviews i read online do not match my experience

Food was absolutely delicious and the menu had so many good choices. The only negative was that it was pretty hard to hear the others at our table between the background music that was being played and the bad acoustics of the building. This was our 3rd time back and we will be returning again!

Service is very slow as far as getting the dishes out - appetizer and entrees (~2hours). Wife had the veal and half the chop was almost unedible (extremely tough and chewy) whereas the other half was super tender - as expected. Due to the long wait times, we skipped dessert because we didn’t want and spend more time in the restaurant.

My favorite restaurant. Amazing food and outstanding service. Loved celebrating my birthday here with my friends last night! Wasn’t my first time here and definitely won’t be my last!

Delicious dinner with friends, the 2 husbands enjoyed the venison, the 2 wives enjoyed the salmon & lamb chops. My only complaint was very noisy. I need to remember to request no black pepper when cooked as it was a little too heavy. We enjoyed the dream bomb & coconut, pineapple, banana bread pudding & vanilla gelato for dessert.

This is hands down the best restaurant in Morristown. The ambience is excellent. The food in phenomenal. I highly recommend the octopus, sea bass, watermelon salad and scallops. The staff is out of this world. Will definitely be back! 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Chef Fredy's Table. We arrived early but were seated immediately since it was a quiet Sunday evening. As an appetizer, the Flash Fried Calamari, with a little spicy kick, was a very nice change from the typical breaded, deep fried calamari. There were four of us and we each had a different dish, but everyone raved about their own. Our friends loved the Blackened Grouper with Shrimp Special and the Berkshire Pork Chop. My husband enjoyed the Bison Special and I thought the Duck with Peach/Raspberry Sauce was amazing! The wait staff is very attentive. It is a BYOB and they keep your wine on ice and refill your glass regularly. We can't wait to return to try more of their dishes. We highly recommend you try this restaurant.

I love this restaurant in Morristown. Warm welcome and welcoming handshakes. The menu has so many choices if you are willing to be just a bit adventurous. But then after finally deciding, the server came over with the specials choices. Ugh. Now I have to choose again! I really then wanted the soft shell crabs but it was not to be. They ran out. They were very apologetic. I went back to my first choice, the duck. I was not sorry. It was delicious. The stuffed mushrooms appetizer was good but the calamari was even better. Special flavors. The lamb chops also delicious as was the paella. The biggest complaint is the noise level. Not the worst but pretty loud. Service was a tiny bit slow but it was a pretty busy Saturday night so get an appetizer to tide you over. Did not have dessert. Overall, an excellent night.
