My husband and I enjoyed the food, service and of course, the view. I let our server, Ted, recommend his favorites and it did not disappoint. Ted recommended the Crystal Margarita (tequila based and smoky smooth). The venison and mole sauce but for me swap out the venison for a beef tenderloin. It was perfect and the mole sauce with the tenderloin was delicious. My husband had the halibut which was tender but crispy. Ted took pictures of us at sunset and the ambience could not be beat. Try to go for sunset.

You go for the views, not the food. The food was fine, but the views & the service were what stood out.

The service and view were great. The food just okay and not worth the price point. They did have live music, but it was drowned out at times by the children playing Marco polo in the pool below the restaurant. If they could change up the menu, it would be a way better experience.

We sat outside and the setting was exquisite. We often find that cocktails at fine dining establishments sound amazing and prove disappointing, but the ones we had at Che-Ah-Chi were as good or even better than described. Each and every dish we had - from the bread basket, to the appetizers, to the entrees (lamb loin and venison), to the dessert - was absolutely delicious. Danny the sommelier helped us pick a bottle of wine that somehow managed to complement every course. And Harry, our server, could not have been more perfect - professional and knowledgeable and a very sweet guy. Having him as our waiter definitely enhanced our evening. You will pay a lot of money for a meal here but for us, for all the reasons described, it was worth it.

The meal was delicious; my husband had pork chop and I had duck breast. The pork chop was a bit more spicy and flavourful. The dessert was fantastic - the signature One. We will definitely come again.

An excellent experience. Fabulous food and service, with a view beyond anyone's expectations. A must if you are in Sedona.

We had a wonderful dinner at Che-Ah-Chi, with the only major parts of the dinner that were not pleasant had nothing to do with the restaurant, rather with other guests. We arrived early and had a drink at the bar. The bar tender was friendly and engaging. We regret that we missed the sunset, and highly recommend getting there for that. We sat by the fire until til our table was ready and were kindly escorted to our table outside. The food selections were well rounded. They brought a tasty biscuit basket to the table with prickly pear butter which was amazing. For a starter, we selected the grilled peach and burrata, definitely a must have. One of us selected the Halibut with agnolotti. This was not our favorite however the fish was cooked perfectly. The mixture of creamed leek and other flavors tended to be a bit tangy, which was the part that was a little off for us, however some might like it. The beef tenderloin on the other hand was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The reduction on top was “over the top” and all around well prepared. The wine list provided a decent selection however the prices were much higher than even nicer restaurants normally offer. Our server, Thomas, was delightful and provided great service. Ask for him, he was excellent. The part we didn’t like and made our experience terrible was another guest who talked way too loud and was likely over served. We could hear, as could everyone, that she was a local wine tour guide and was very inappropriate in her conduct. Overall, if you are staying at Enchantment, definitely eat here. If you are in town, head to Che-Ah-Chi at least for drinks at sunset, but if you stay for dinner, you will likely be delighted.
