One of best restaurants we tried on the Strip. Great guac, crab and shrimp enchilada meal was fantastic and excellent churros. Unlike several of the other restaurants we tried on the Strip, I would definitely come back to Chayo.

the service was very good, food was very good temperature in restaurant was comfortable then......very hot - couldnt wait to finish and leave

The food is just OK. I've definitely had better Mexican food before. But the watermelon jalapeño margarita was delicious! I'd go back for drinks for sure!

Our server was super sweet, I loved the service overall, I ordered the steak fajitas (it was decent flavor wise), but their guacamole was delicious! Also their ceviche was on the sweeter side but super good too. My friends and I stayed for the night club, and it got packed! Definitely going to head back soon <3

Our waiter wasn’t very friendly and only checked on us once forgot our salsa waited 30 min for our bill.. used to be complimentary salsa now you have to pay for it and wasn’t that good I was very disappointed because last year it was very different and food in my opinion wasn’t the best like it was last year…
