   Food was amazing service was amazing. They were hydrovacing a line outside of the restaurant so it was super loud normally a bit more intimate of an atmosphere for sure.

   Food was average (substandard when considering prices). Service was slow and they forgot one appetizer.

   Interesting vibe. Server was friendly and knowledgeable. The charred octopus was the highlight for me. The beef marrow croquettes were dry. Had 8oz prime rib and 8oz steak both came with potatoes. Both were under seasoned and bland. Underwhelming experience.

   Ribeye was tough. Bone marrow-escargot difficult to eat One of the restrooms was broken.

   Charcut came to us as a local favorite while visiting in Calgary. It completely lived up to expectations. The ambience is warm and contemporary, and the food is excellent, with a focus on local meats and produce. The wine list is terrific, especially on Wednesdays when it is 50% off. Especially high marks for the service team: fun, friendly, and excellent advisors on the menu.

   We had an outstanding time at Charcot!! The ambiance was great. Our server, Allison, was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, gave us great input, she was very polite and had a great personality! Her recommendations were spot on! The Portuguese chorizo, Caesar salad, and pasta carbonara were terrific. The true highlight was the bone marrow papardel with mushrooms and prime rib was off the hook!! Overall, a fantastic experience!!

   Very smokey in the restaurant and sewer work was being performed. More of a that day problem.

   Wonderful service, not only from the server but from the whole front of house team. Very balanced and creative menu. Cocktails were also very well put together and all in all very reasonably priced for the quality of food. We had 3 starters and 2 mains and had a tough time picking a favourite! We will definitely return to sample more of the menu as we had a hard time choosing. Highly recommend.

   You will likely get a better experience and better food at The Keg. The service was very poor and the flavour left a lot to be desired. The chairs were also uncomfortable. This is a place I would not recommend to anyone for any reason.

    We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day Dinner, the food was so delicious and the restaurant was beautiful!
