La cuisine innovante du Char Steakhouse propose uniquement les meilleurs tranches de bœuf de qualité, maturé à sec, ainsi que du poisson livré tous les jours. Vous prendrez vos repas en admirant la vue sur les paysages depuis les hautes fenêtres. Les murs et le plafond en acajou confèrent à ce restaurant une ambiance authentique de steakhouse inégalée dans le monde de la restauration du New Jersey. Ribeye and truffle fries were great. Same for lamb lollipops and tuna tartare tacos

I didn't know what to expect since it was our first time there. Great environment and the place itself was nice and neat since it was night time so don't know about daytime. The food was delicious 🤤. I had crab cake and bone in steak and my lady had lamb chops and Mack and cheese. The dishes were delicious. The crab cake was a small portion and price was a little high but delicious. Overall it was a great experience and i recommended for a date night out.

Everything was fantastic. Our waiter Pierre I believe was his name. He was phenomenal. We had Calamari, Bacon, Delmonico, Kanas City, potatoes gratin, stuffed mushrooms and Dessert was Sorbet Mango delish the cheese cake and cookies with ice cream. Amazing we will be back.

My girlfriend and I went out for Valentine’s Day. The experience from start to finish was absolutely incredible. Our server Emma was extremely attentive, sweet and she made our date night an enjoyable experience. We order 24 oysters to start, ordered the porterhouse with a few sides. Absolutely delicious, I’d highly recommend Char to anyone for a nice evening out. Atmosphere is stunning and service was excellent. Shout out to Emma, she’s incredible!

I had a very nice time with my partner, eating at char steakhouse the day after Valentine’s Day. Obviously because of the weekend and the holiday I was expecting long wait times and a crowded space. but to my surprise, the restaurant handled everything super well and everything came out the way it was supposed to in a timely manner. The staff was nice and the food was good. Thank you to the establishment for making the night feel special .

Lovely decor and ambiance. Love the music and it was at a perfect level. Service was attentive and genuinely warm. The food was surprisingly underwhelming. Presentation was lovely but it was, for the price, blah. Had the chocolate mousse cake for dessert. Again, presentation was beautiful. It is a 4”-5” cake and upon tasting … not good. The mousse was not…well… mousse. Not smooth and dense but a granular texture. Alas, C’est la vie! We thoroughly enjoyed our waiter, Pierre!

Server Pierre was superb. However the maitre d/manager Paul was very selective in which tables he stopped by to inquire how things were. Seemed very discriminatory. That’s never a good this in the service industry. Food and drinks were good.

We went here for Valentine’s Day! I couldn’t get a table later in the evening only a 4 o’clock reservation ! It worked out perfectly! There were very few people eating at that time!! We had a wonderful waiter , wonderful food delicious steak and delicious dessert!! Would highly recommend!
