Did not have the crab legs or caviar options which was kind of upsetting, and when I said I didn’t like the coffee desert the server gave us a disrespectful look.

Everything was great except hostess when checking in was extremely rude. Should not be working there. She upset us to point we almost walked out. Rest of experience was great.

Had to wait over 30 minutes to be seated despite having a reservation. Then it took 2 hours to get our food after we ordered. Should have received a comp of some sort. Manager said we’d get a free dessert for having to wait so long to be seated but server didn’t provide it. Server was aloof and messed up orders on two dishes. Other customers were visibly angry about the wait for their food and had their meals comped. We didn’t yell at anyone like others did and we didn’t receive any comps despite the terrible service. Food was wonderful but service was terrible.

I loved the food, drinks, and ambience of both Char and Hatties, this was a great night out.

Service was good. Salad was commonplace. Soup was excellent, as was the bread. Brussels sprouts good. Potatoes fine. Ironically the steak was good but needed a char. Way overpriced for what we got. It was my first time there, and I was looking forward to it. I was disappointed

Had a beautiful evening,although I would have liked if someone had wished my wife a happy birthday as I requested, we noticed it was someone else’s birthday and the servers gathered to sing happy birthday i just would have liked them to do the same for my wife but other than that it was our very first time at this establishment and we would definitely be returning, our server was very attentive reasoning why she received a $30 gratuity, food was top tier, my wife ordered full rack of lamb and I ordered NY strip steak.
