C’était vraiment super —la cuisine, l’ambiance, et le service. The food was traditional in the best way. A lovely spot for dinner with friends.

Really good food for very reasonable prices - we ordered the 3 course prix fixe menu which at $75 is a great value (2024 prices). French onion soup was delicious, as was the Lyonnaise salad. The branzino meunière was well made and tasty, the moules frites featured large, fresh mussels that were expertly cooked (ie not overcooked). The accompanying French fries were perfect and the aoili complemented it well, although I could eat the fries without any accompaniment - they were that good. The cassoulet was delicious as usual. Creme brûlée was excellent, the French toast dessert wonderful. The pistachio tart was nice but not to our taste - perhaps others might like it more. The service was attentive and outstanding, friendly waitstaff, Chef Philippe Cardelle is a gracious host, as always. We've been coming here periodically over the years and have always had great meals.

We have been dining here for 20 years and have never had a bad experience. The owners are warm and welcoming and the food is incredible.

The food was excellent, and we were greeted warmly by all staff. I'm so happy this place has survived the pandemic. We used to go here 15-20 years ago, and it's just as wonderful now as it was back then. We tried the wine pairings for the first time! It kind of blew the bank, but it was a special occasion.

Very pleasant and attentive service from the moment we walked up to the front door. Food should have been perfect but was way too heavy and in the case of the branzino, overcooked. Sauces were applied too liberally.

What a wonderful experience from top to bottom. Delicious food excellent service comfortable ambience. It was all superb.

Philip and Ellen are amazing people! The food is always fabulous and on point. So is the wine selection. The staff is friendly humorous and very considerate. We came here to celebrate my uncle's birthday and it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I was blown away by their cocktails as well as the food (the potatoes au gratin were a nice surprise), but the real reason I came was for the dessert and it didn't disappoint! My experience was great and I turned my friends from skeptics to believers with this authentic, yet trendy French dining experience.
