Great service, friendly and courteous… Nice ambience very good food. I wish they would bring back the frisée salad. Need more salad choices.

We ordered three apps for four of us to share and try. The octopus was very tough. It wasn’t bad just tough but we wouldn’t order it again. Oysters Rubio was good. It’s been much better the times we’ve it in the past. The Zucchini flower was very good and would recommend getting. It had a lot of goat cheese. One person said too much of it but I didn’t agree. We got four entrees. We each got our own but tried a little of everyone’s. The rack of pork dish was just one chop. Very weird on the wording they used. It was tasty and cooked fine (medium) but wouldn’t order it again. The lobster risotto was absolutely horrible and maybe 1/4 of it was eaten. The lobster was very fishy and tough and over cooked. Absolute disaster of a dish. The Sea Bass with coconut rice everyone loved. Best thing of the night. The scallops dish was a close second. It had saffron fettuccine and a great sauce. I’d recommend the scallops and the sea bass to everyone. Stay away from the risotto!!! The cocktails were ok. Nothing amazing. Nothing bad. Really disappointing overall to be honest. This was our 4th time there and our friends first time. I don’t know if they’ll go back tbh. We probably will but not soon.

My absolute favorite restaurant. A varied, creative menu of delicious food. Excellent, caring service. The best restaurant on Long Island!!

Elmer and staff were on point as usual. Respectful fellow diners, no blow hards loudly “ having fun”. When you consider the service ambience, and the quality of the meal, definitely worth the extra 20 bucks per person over what you’d pay in a chain restaurant.

Been to Chachama 100s of times. They never fail to deliver great food, service and value. The food is always great and the variety is excellent. Service is always exceptional and the price fix is one of the best. I highly recommend.
