an authentic Italian meal means. Family and friends gathering around to enjoy each others company with a good glass of wine and the perfect dish.
Savor Italy's finest flavors including our award winning lasagna and pastas.
Real and hard to find Italian specialities such as pappardelle with imported porcini and wild mushrooms, veal ossobuco, filet mignon in a Brandy sauce, fresh fish and seafood, veal classics and homemade desserts. You can dine in or "al fresco" overlooking the water and Sand Key Bridge while being pampered by our professional staff.

This is one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. We have dined there many times over the past 15 or so years. We have NEVER been disappointed in the food or the service. We don’t live as close to the restaurant as we used to but still make the drive for the best Italian meal around.

If you love authentic Italian cuisine, you will absolutely fall in love with Cesare’s. It was our first visit and it was arguably the best Italian meal we have had in the entire Tampa Bay region. Ryan, GM, and the staff were a delight. We had salad, lasagna, veal parmigiana, and tiramisu and all were delicious! Do yourself a favor and go as soon as you can!

Great food. Great service. I have only 4 stars for Ambience. Not their fault. It was kinda warm and we sat outside. I'll wait until October to sit outside again. I will be back.

Great service . Food was excellent , freshand authentic, served HOT. Large portion sizes. Calamari was tender and tasty .
