Both born and raised in Italy, our founders Cesare and Carlo, know what
an authentic Italian meal means. Family and friends gathering around to enjoy each others company with a good glass of wine and the perfect dish.
Savor Italy's finest flavors including our award winning lasagna and pastas.
Real and hard to find Italian specialities such as pappardelle with imported porcini and wild mushrooms, veal ossobuco, filet mignon in a Brandy sauce, fresh fish and seafood, veal classics and homemade desserts. You can dine in or "al fresco" overlooking the water and Sand Key Bridge while being pampered by our professional staff.

    We have been to Cesare’s many times and always enjoyed it. While the restaurant was not that busy, but for some reason, the service was very slow. Our waiter was as good as could be but with no food to be delivered to the table, not much he could do. Got our food (excellent as always) after a 45 minute wait. Reason given by the Manager was Lasagna always takes longer. But, while everyone in the restaurant was also waiting for their food (some walked out without eating and probably going to write a review) but not everyone was getting Lasagna. We will go back but sure hope they figure out the kitchen before a real busy night.

    We visited for the first time this weekend and had excellent service at Cesare. From a warm greeting by the manager, to a knowledgeable waitress and fresh dishes, we really enjoyed our dinner. Definitely recommend.

    We had reservations and were quickly seated. Our host gave us several great menu recommendations which we appreciated. The food was spectacular with wonderful portions and exquisite taste. Everything could be tailored to your individual needs, although we ordered directly from the menu. We saved a small amount of room for dessert and enjoyed the cannoli. It was very authentic and fantastically made. Next time I want to try the tartufo. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re ever in the Clearwater area and want some authentic Italian cuisine

    What a great find. The restaurant is understated in a strip mall and offers outdoor dining. The simple decor does not hint at the amazing food. Everything is made fresh and the sauces can be prepared to your taste a little more of this and a little less of that. We had the lobster ravioli and spaghetti carbonara both were generous portions and amazing flavor. I was there on vacation and the food made me wish I was a local.

    This restaurant was fantastic! The food was incredible and very reasonably priced, large servings also. The service was outstanding! We will definitely be back.
