The Cedar Hollow Inn has been a local favorite for over 18 years. The building, which was built in the mid 1800's, lends an old-fashioned charm to an unpretentious atmosphere.

Chef Stephen Guiseppe of the Culinary Institute of America adds personal flair and imagination to a delectable menu of American Continental dishes. The daily Chef's Specials are creative and unpredictable, energetically inspired an hour or so before the menu is finalized.

Indulge yourself, family and friends to a casual fine dining experience in any of the three dining rooms, including an enclosed sun porch and a large bar area. Tucked away in the middle of everywhere, the Cedar Hollow offers an experience that keeps you coming back.

Excellent food and service with a lovely atmosphere. Our server was the absolute best and the prices were also super reasonable.

Another great time spent at Cedar Hollow. Good food, good drinks, yummy desserts, lovely wonderful staff. Always upbeat and happy times. Thank you one and all!

My entree came out burned and inedible. Our waitress was great and offered to get me something else, but declined. Disgrace the kitchen would send out food burned like that. Also, there was a trio of 3 women sitting behind us on the porch who were so loud the other guest with me could not hear anything I said. Why did a manager not come over and try to quiet those women? They appeared to be drinking a lot of alcohol. Will NEVER go back to this restaurant.

Our lunch meeting went well as the porch area only had one other table (to start). Our server was great and patient while we kicked off our business conversation before looking at the menu. Food was very good. The area got too loud to talk after two more tables became occupied. Next time we will need to ask for a table in main dining room.

Cedar Hollow has an amazing menu. We enjoyed the creatively of the chef. The peach /blueberry flat bread with hot honey/ greens was so……good. The avocado tuna fish salad with the fresh fruit was enjoyed by a friend. I love Cedar Hollow

I brought two out of town guests for dinner on a quiet Monday evening. Service was prompt and friendly. Great draft beer selection. My guests loved the Brussels sprouts starter and duck entree. Salmon with blueberries and feta was a pleasant surprise for me. All in all, highly recommended.
