Love love love love Cecconi’s and go often but the food was below average today. Felt as if the chef was on holiday. We still had a great day but definitely not up to it’s usual standard

I’ve been many times and again I am not disappointed! It was a great meal and glad I booked it again to take my parents. Our waiter was accommodating and lovely- please thank him again for us!

We were a group of three who had been to the old Cecconis. We were shocked by the new vibe. Very noisy and poor quality food. The carpaccio was more like a beef paste smothered in rocket to disguise the lack of beef. One of our group tried two pastas both of which were inedible and horribly chewy. I had the crab ravioli which was passable. The vitello tonnato was overwhelming and smothered again in extra stuff. The only saving grace was that the restaurant offered us free cocktails as the table was delayed by almost half an hour. We will not be back. Loved the old place, hated this new iteration.

The staff as always are so attentive….it was my daughter’s 18th birthday yesterday and they helped. make it a wonderful time for her !! Thanks

Just the ticket for a Sunday afternoon at 4pm. When most restaurants are shooing out the lunch crowd and setting up for evening service, Cecconi's is open all day, is in a great location, has a busy buzzy crowd, all topped off by a high standard of cooking and service and a good wine list. Loved it.

Hadn’t been to Cecconis for a couple of years, thought we’d give it another try. Reason being it’s difficult to book up, although managed a 6.00pm early dinner reservation. Everything looked the same though, almost the same menu as previous, but that’s why we liked it. The food was very good and service excellent, our waiter was a Romanian girl who was lovely. I would certainly recommend and hopefully our return visit will be soon.

Slight chaotic on arrival, as a rather flustered member of staff welcomed us. As we sat down we were offered water, which did not arrive. After waiting 15 minutes our server finally welcomed us and took our order. He wrote everything down and repeated it back to us. The food and drinks arrived quickly but unfortunately one of the main courses we ordered was incorrect. Our server was very apologetic and took the cost of the meal off the bill. This is the 3rd we’ve visited and each time the service is poor. I love the buzz of the restaurant and the food is generally good. They just need to get on top of service.
