We are regulars but this visit was disappointing. Too many walk in’s - did not expect to have to wait 20 mins for a table we had booked. Starter was slow - another 25 mins wait. Sea bass portion size is now tiny for the price (48 pounds).

We love this restaurant and enjoy the food very much. We were surprised that there was no tablecloth on our table . Would love to have been seated on the velvet chairs on our next visit.

It was a unicorn Fall day in London; bright and crisp. That made sitting outside enjoyable. Food was very good, service was prompt and quite friendly. Nothing about this restaurant needs fixing; it’s well run, good food, good vine list!

Ignored for the second week running by the staff at payment time! Waited 15 minutes but didn’t come and couldn’t raise a waiter! Went to the cloaks girl across restau to get service! Not tragic I know but not acceptable at these prices. Manageress for second time running nixed the bill - but not what was wanted! Shame it’s a lovely place and once served everybody delightful but - no follow through alas !!

I have been here several times and always pretty good. Unfortunately my latest visit was no up to standard and my guested where not shown to the table I had booked and waiting some 15 minutes before we realised.
