I have been to Catch many times in the last few years and always enjoy the food and service. Last night was off from the start of our arrival. We were early for 6:30 reservations but they had tables available so we decided to get a table instead of having a drink at the bar. We were taken into main dining and marched past 10-12 empty tables to sit against the wall with the bench seating. We asked to be seated at one of the many tables we passed as the bench seating is not as comfortable. This turned into a bit of an issue with the hostess saying the 4 top tables were all for larger parties even though they were only set p as 4 tops. We kind of insisted and were able to get a table more to our liking. The service remained uneven, the wine we ordered didn't come for at least 25 minutes while plates of food were being served, we probably had 4 plates before the wine showed up. All of the food is very very good, incredibly enjoyable and everyone was satisfied but the waiter was clearly distracted or too busy even though the restaurant still wasn't full. We did order the ribeye with two sides. Mashed potatoes showed up first, then the steak but no asparagus. The steak was cooked fine but it was cold, the asparagus was still not on the table and when it did arrive we were done eating the steak and potatoes. Cold steak for $80 is just not ok, we did tell our waiter about our disappointment and the manager provided us with complimentary desserts which was fine but probably not the ones we would have ordered had we chosen. They also took the asparagus off the bill. So all this review to say after eating here plenty of times it felt like we were not welcome when we arrived, not taken care of from the waiter who wanted us to order everything at once and turn the table, to the cold steak it was hard to be happy after spending $600.00 for the meal. I know i will go back because the food is too good. Sometimes its an off night.

While the food was undeniably delicious, albeit on the pricier side, I was disappointed by the lack of support from both the restaurant and the server in accommodating a severe allergy. Despite informing the staff about the allergy in advance and asking to speak to the chef, there was minimal effort to ensure a safe dining experience. This oversight significantly impacted our overall enjoyment of the meal. I hope the restaurant can improve its allergy protocols to better serve all customers in the future.

Little disappointing - considering I’m a fan of catch La I found it super disappointing with the service and the food quality.

The place is very deceiving, due to the neighborhood and location, but the food is terrible, cold, the waiters are arrogant and lazy, they tried to trick us with a bottle of wine, we ordered white wine and they brought a more expensive red, they claimed that was what we ordered and we couldn't change it, to top it off the manager was irritated because the tip was low and told us not to come back and look, we spent 500 dollars

We had tasty food. The room is so loud we couldn't talk to our friends across the table. Service was friendly and the food came out of the kitchen in a timely matter. Perhaps lunch service is less busy and noisy. Based on the noise in the room I would not return. The place is tucked away and was hard to find, bad signage.
