Catch New York is one of my favorites, however, this last time was very disappointing. I ordered my favorite dish the Lobster Cantonese and for the price of this dish the serving size was abysmal. I have ordered this dish multiple times before. On various occasions before the waiter described the dish as being 2 pounds of lobster. This time the amount of lobster on that dish was literally was maybe 2 1/2 bites. There was no way that I got 2 pounds of lobster, however, Catch is still charging the same price for WAY less lobster. Catch really should be ashamed.

The night started off terribly. We had an 8pm reservation. We arrived 14 mins early. And when we checked in one of the hostesses interrupted the hostess who was helping us and was rude as they were both speaking at the same time and I couldn’t hear either one and made that known (that was met with an attitude). The table wasn’t ready and we were instructed to go to the bar to wait - no problem we were a little early. 8pm came and went and many other tables of 2, who came in after us were seated. When we checked with hostess she said again table wasn’t ready. Another 10 mins and more people being seated before. We finally were seated at 845 and was profusely apologized to as there was clearly there was a mistake (maybe because the hostess was interrupting the other-who knows). After we were seated, however, the management staff made sure to make the rest of our experience a good one and they definitely did. The one manager(gentleman) was wonderful. The server was great and so was the food. We appreciate being treated better after the staff clearly made an error.

Very good innovative food! Great cocktails, nice wait staff, but very noisy for older people.

I came for a birthday dinner and instead of a nice experience, we basically were ignored and placed in corners at the smallest tables. We were sandwiched between big loud groups and there was nothing special about this. I’ve been to the LA location and it was far better. This was basically a noisy, overpriced, Olive Garden experience.

It was a casual evening with DELICIOUS FOOD and our waitress, Cristina was GREAT!

The price for 2 cocktails was extremely expensive. It was also extremely dark. The value for money was not good - the bar man was lovely though!

Went there for birthday celebration and had a great experience at Catch NYC!..Reservations were simple to obtain went and enjoy the food and ambiance.

The food took forever to come out. When it finally did it was cold. They remade it which once again took a long time. Service was inattentive.

We had let our server know we weren't quite happy with the salmon but he didn't care and bringing the food out took forever.
