Es war leider viel zu laut!!! Das Essen war gut, der Service war nett. Aber die Atmosphäre war sehr laut - man musste schreien, um ein Gespräch zu führen.

Everything about our visit, other than the decor and cocktails perhaps, was soldily mediocre. The salmon I ordered looked great but was tiny, bland, and uninspired and accompanied by nothing more than a tasteless and limp heap of greens. Same goes for rhe Wagyu Gyoza we ordered for an appetizer--tiny and mostly flavorless. The carousel dessert (for 2) was just a gimmicky presentation of 12 sugar donut holes and some chocolate and caramel. Honestly felt like something you would get at Applebee's. Pretty disappointing for a meal with a total of just three drinks that wound up costing more than $250. And for a fish restaurant, the fish options were pretty limited and not very fresh. Our sever was competent enough, but in general the staff were really phoning it in (not that I blame them) and didn't seem to actually know anything about the food, but insisted on monotonously describing from memory everything they dropped off at the table because apparently they're required to. It was awkward. The place is basically managed like a chain, which it kind of is. Should have known better than to go to a large restaurant in the Meatpacking district. These places are basically created by investors not people who like food.

Just an overall great place. Food is amazing. Service is amazing. Cocktails are amazing. And the actual space is so nice. Just a pure 5 out of 5 on every level.
