While the food and the delivery of the food was very good, being treated poorly by the waitress was unacceptable. We were seated at a table that was uneven and could not be fixed. We asked for a different table, and that seemed to set our waitress off. Not only did we have to move our own menus and silverware, but we were rudely reminded by the waitress that we forgot our waters. While asking a simple question about her choice, my wife was answered by the waitress with “are you ready to order or not?” Our waitress seemed intent on getting us out as fast as possible, even though there was no line of waiting patrons and the original tilting table was never filled. All during our experience, our waitress was observed being friendly and courteous to other patrons and passersby. It is a shame because the food was very good, but our waitress ruined the meal.

We are regulars at Cassariano and have never had a bad experience. Excellent menu and specials. Service is great and a very decent wine selection without being waaaay over the top.

A solid standard of excellence in both food and professional staff. Still a bit too loud but well worth it.

Wonderful menu with great selection. I’d love to have found scampi but it wasn’t listed. Our food was very good and the service by Peter was outstanding!

Sunday night they have a nice jazz band. The pasta is always good and the lamb meat balls are fabulous. A great wine selection also.

Tuna entree great as usual. Branzino was also excellent. Server forgot to write down our salad order which was a surprise! We usually have flawless service.

The ability to make a reservation through Open Table, helped us get into a packed restaurant. Manager/Waitstaff were friendly, professional and efficient. Menu offered a wide variety of choices and the shrimp/scallop risotto dish I had was delicious. I would recommend this restaurant.
