Cascades, un restaurant-steakhouse américain classique, se situe au sein du Stanley Hotel, fondé il y a 103 ans. Dégustez le déjeuner, le dîner ou le souper dans la salle à manger ou installez-vous dans le lounge et laissez-vous tenter par un cocktail classique fait à la main par l'un des barmen. Le menu propose du bœuf certifié Angus, des fruits de mer frais, des sandwichs, des pâtes et des spécialités du Colorado. Le chef a conçu le menu pour rendre hommage à la cuisine locale, tout en intégrant des plats américains populaires. Le restaurant essaie dans la mesure du possible d'acheter les produits aux fermes locales. Cascades propose également des gelati, des desserts et des crèmes brûlées faits maison. Le bar et le lounge offrent un service de repas complet, ainsi qu'une grande sélection de breuvages et plus de 500 whiskies. From the front gate, make the first right, then wind up around the Lodge to the parking area behind the Main Hotel and through the gates and go down the stairs or pathway through the gardens and past the waterfall and pond and across the patio to the double doors, then turn to your right in the lobby to meet the hostess outside the restaurant.

Year-round taxi service, Uber is sometimes available, and there is free shuttle service from late June - early September. Shuttle service maps are available from the Estes Park Visitors; Center near the intersection of US Highways 36 and 34.

Food and drinks were so good! Pear martini with cinnamon was my favorite. Cool atmosphere and places to hang in the lobby.

No complaints except that is way overpriced. The food was fine, but I was not too impressed by anything. There was nothing I ate where I thought I would go back there for it.

Great overall experience. We were concerned after reading other reviews. Had Old Fashions in the bar then dinner in the dining room. I had the shrimp and scallops and my wife had the bourbon glazed pork chop. Both were excellent.

Super friendly waitstaff. Delicious food. My boyfriend said the blood orange crème brûlée was one of the best desserts he’s ever had in his life. Super romantic. We both had the dry rub ribeye. One side each. One drink one water . Split One cocktail. Split One dessert. Spent $250+ $50 tip. Pricey but quite the experience.

Just outstanding!! The food was sensational and our waitress so very lovely. Am so coming back in our next few days here in Estes Park ❤️

Yasmin was an exceptional waitress. Steaks were great. Our reservation was for a table in the dining area but the male host said he only had high top tables in the bar. So it was much louder there and our table was in the middle of the room so people stood around us. Would highly recommend to insist on table in the dining area or outside.

The perfect dining experience! Hostess & wait staff super friendly, adjusted our reservations to an hour ahead of time & still got our outside seating. Helped that the weather was perfect. The Waitress was at our table for drink & appetizer order minutes after we were seated. Spot on with suggestions, lamb lollies were amazing! Cocktails perfect! Had the steak flight, mashed potatoes, duck fat fingerling potatoes & brussel sprouts… all delicious! Highly recommend!
