Best Sunday lunch in the area never fails us. We keep going back every week so must be good.

Food was lovely but service was awful 2 dinners came out 1st had to wait at least 10 minutes for other 2 to come veg came after that We’re going to order desserts but no one came to take order

Initially shown to a table which was dimly lit so we asked to be moved nearer to a window seat. Staff seemed to be very rushed and too busy to give any personal attention. Food tasted lovely however, it was barely warm. This is not a complaint rather than a constructive criticism. There are a lot of places in the area who offer a Sunday lunch at half the price so for somewhere which is more costly we expected a better experience.

We'd booked a table for 19.45, but asked if we could get a table at around 18.00, which we were told was not a problem. Food was really good quality. Service was pretty poor, apart from one young lad who was very good & attentive. A young waitress asked for our drinks order, we asked for a bottle of merlot & some water for the table. She said she'd give us 5 minutes & come to take our food order. The bottle sat on the end of the bar for 15 minutes while she disappeared, not to be seen for over an hour. The young lad asked us for our order after about 25 minutes, we said we'd already ordered wine, it was him who noticed the wine on the bar. The water never arrived, in hindsight we should've asked for it again. Food was ordered, arrived & was really great. Whilst we were seated & eating the music was great but then someone turned almost to full volume, this last for a couple of minutes before it was turned down to an acceptable level. No apology from the staff or explanation. We had a voucher for £50 off per couple, which we'd pointed out, but had been charged without this being deducted. Once this was pointed out it was immediately corrected.

Staff friendly and helpful but the steak was awful, not cooked to order, very unevenly cooked. This was took straight out the fridge straight to pan straight to plate, no room temp, no resting. Was not worth the money.

Food was delicious, sat outside as it was such a beautiful day… great restaurant and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice Sunday dinner. Impressed! Service slightly slow. Maybe due to staff shortages but wasn’t waiting for ages. Had to go to bar for more drinks as no one come over to ask if we would like any more. Which was no problem.
