We have been coming here for many years and have never had a bad meal. The food is delicious and everyone, from the front to the servers are so friendly and accommodating. The ribs are the best ever, but the salmon and chicken are great too.

The Greek chicken and Mediterranean pork chops are absolutely delicious! I still miss the patio, don’t know why anyone would take the patio away it a world where everyone is adding a patio.

Hello Stklover. Thank you for taking time to review your recent dining experience at Carson’s Prime Steak and Famous Barbecue Deerfield. We are delighted to learn you had a fantastic time enjoying Greek Chicken and Mediterranean pork chops. Although we too liked the patio, the inclement weather conditions of Chicago and visiting bees made the patio undependable and unused too many times of the year. After much reflection, we found enclosing the area to create a far more functional and reliable 4 seasons windowed seating area to the delight of a tremendous amount of guests who compliment it as quite lovely. We appreciate your feedback however and look forward to welcoming you again soon.

Service was great. Still not buying into the pre-calculated 18% tip. I default to 20% normally, there’s more math than I typically like to do to add the 2%.

Another fantastic meal at the bar complete with the best prime rib (the only place I will ever order it from) and drinks served by the best bartender team: Michael, Ali, Luis and Dogan. It’s not just about the amazing food and drinks they serve, it’s how good they make you feel. Do yourself a favor and eat at Carson’s, but don’t take my seat.

Excellent food. Service a little slow but the restaurant was crowded. Noise level was a little high
