Le Carriage House propose des repas à la carte en semaine en dehors des soirs de représentation. Il sert également une formule aux clients du théâtre Paper Mill situé juste en face avant le spectacle. Le chef cuisinier renommé Holly Guber est fier de diriger cet établissement récemment rénové, qui ouvre indépendamment du théâtre. Lunch was superb with everything prepared tasting so fresh & delicious. The watermelon ice tea was perfect for a Summer refresher before the fabulous Beautiful show. Donna provided us with excellent service. We look forward to our next visit.

I've had dinner here many times and sometimes it's outstanding and sometimes not the menu changes often. Last night unfortunately I didn't find any great choices on the menu and it was so so hot in there that it was very very uncomfortable. It cost $420 for three people on the prefix plus 2 drinks each

I would hope dessert would be included in the price fixe menu next time we eat at the Carriage House.

We so enjoy eating at the Carriage house! The food is always excellent. We never feel rushed. It is so convenient to park once, eat at the Carriage House and then see the show. Would highly recommend.

Lovely time seeing “Beautiful” at the Paper Mill Playhouse. Lunch at the Carriage House was delicious, with a very innovative menu. Had the watermelon ice tea, grilled octopus salad and the Halibut Livornese and loved all. The service was a bit rushed with one server literally standing there waiting to take my salad plate when I was clearly not yet done, even though we had almost an hour to go before the show.

Always some interesting choices on the menu. My wife and I both loved our three courses, and the drinks were good as well. It is nice to get on the grounds early, get parked, and have a relaxing meal before the show. We look forward to doing it all over again soon!

My first time at the Carriage House I was a little surprised to be eating in a Hallway. But it turned out to be quiet compare to Dinning area but would of preferred to be in one of the dinning rooms. overall it was great food and great service.
