Carpaccios Ristorante, with its upbeat modern dining room and bar, in the heart of Niagara Falls offers guests the most memorable Italian Cuisine for the whole family.                                                                     Great service and quickly greeted and seated upon arrival. Food was pretty good, gave 4 star as Calamari not totally cooked as well as in the past times.

                                                                    Food quality was quite good. Mussels were a bit salty but otherwise fine. My wife had the rack of lamb which was done just right and very tender. My pasta dish was also delicious. I would recommend Carpaccio’s as a fine dining experience. Claude

                                                                    Service was fine….nothing above and beyond. Food was mediocre. Arancini was excellent but chicken parm was dry, unseasoned and uninspiring especially for $31. The spaghetti that accompanied the chicken parm had absolutely zero taste to the sauce. Pasta was nicely cooked but no flavour at all. I have eaten there several times and the food was definitely not as good as on previous visits. Overall, just okay for me and not worth the price. Note: please stop having the tip percentage already programmed. It started at 18% and went up from there. I know there’s an option to adjust but it’s complicated when everyone is waiting. Let me decide the percentage. As mentioned, service was fine but not 18% worthy.

                                                                    Not impressed . Not enough parking. Lot was full with people waiting and the restaurant was less than half full. Junk on the patio out front. Patio could have even so nice but looks like crap. Food was mediocre at best. Service was ok. Boston pizza is a better place to go and I really don’t like Boston Pizza or and large chain restaurants. Not impressed. Will not go back. Too many better places to choose from.

                                                                    We were very disappointed as we have had good experiences at this restaurant in the past. Food wasnt good which made us think the chef was away or they had a new one. We left most of our dinner and interestingly the server didn't ask if there was anything wrong. Server and staff were friendly butt service was very slow. Too bad.

                                                                    Easton, our server, was the highlight of our dinner. Food was very good, wine list was decent. I think we’d go back just to visit Easton again and the food second!
