Carmine's is always one place we must eat at when visiting Las Vegas. Our waitress this trip was outstanding! Her name slips my mind but she is in nursing school.. she's fantastic! All of our entrees were delicious but the salmon was exquisite! Will be back to Carmine's next time we visit for sure!!

Amazing food. They serve everything family style so my husband and I split a meal and it was the perfect amount of food.

Nice restaurant at Caesars Palace. However, they were having issues with their soda machine and we received about four different glasses of Coke and Diet Coke and they were either flat had too much syrup or not enough syrup and the manager told us that we were his guinea pigs and they ended up taking them off the bill. we also had a salad which was very tasty and the Chicken Parmigiana Was very dry and tasteless. I would not recommend this place for the price that we paid for four people
