Carmine's La Trattoria is the place to dine if you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine. Executive Chef Elmer Saravia places great pride in sourcing the ingredients for his dishes. Serving Palm Beach Gardens Since 1988 - We have an extensive menu featuring Italian favorites, Fresh Seafood, Prime Meats as well as Brick Oven Pizza and Flat Breads, a Full Bar and a Comprehensive Wine List including highly allocated reserve wines in a peaceful dining room and patio overlooking the marina.

On most Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights we have live entertainment.

You can stop by our Gourmet market before or after your meal to pick up some goodies to take home.

Tonight I tried the chicken cacciatore. It was great. My friend had the chicken parm. Food was very good and our waiter was great.

The service was excellent. Steaks were cooked perfectly. The Dover sole had a lot of bones in it so it even though it was cooked very well and had a great taste to it. The pasta was delicious! I would come back again.

Carmine’s is our go-to place for a quiet afternoon lunch. The outdoor patio is south Florida all the way, A yacht basin, beautiful buildings nearly, lots of sunshine, shaded tables. Perfect.

Used to be my favorite restaurant. Not sure if it was a new chef last night or not, but the food was awful!!! Pasta was gummy and my husbands fish just wasn’t what we are used to getting here.
