Carmine's La Trattoria is the place to dine if you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine. Executive Chef Elmer Saravia places great pride in sourcing the ingredients for his dishes. Serving Palm Beach Gardens Since 1988 - We have an extensive menu featuring Italian favorites, Fresh Seafood, Prime Meats as well as Brick Oven Pizza and Flat Breads, a Full Bar and a Comprehensive Wine List including highly allocated reserve wines in a peaceful dining room and patio overlooking the marina.

On most Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights we have live entertainment.

You can stop by our Gourmet market before or after your meal to pick up some goodies to take home.

Great food, service and ambience. The cold seafood salad was one of the best we have tasted. Loved that my cacio de Pepe was prepared right in front of me .

I really wanted to like this place.. we came here to celebrate my friends birthday. The bartender was the server for our high top. He was new, which is fine, but the restaurant set him up for failure. It was packed… so service was horrible, he was too swamped and new so wasn’t sure about the menu. The reason why my review is so bad is My friends dinner came out 10 minutes after all of ours came out, and it came out wrong.. so it took another 10 minutes.. so all of our food was cold because the respectful thing is to wait for all 4 of us to have our food before we eat.. I was in the restaurant for over 12 years, the right thing is to take the food back and put it under the warmer. Or offer something for the inconvenience my friend asked for a manager and no one came out…. On top of that I let the gentleman know who got us to go boxes and bill (not our server) that it was my friends birthday and asked if they could bring something out with a candle, which he did and charged us for it. Im not mad they charged me for it But if you’re going to charge let me pick the dessert.. and communicate they don’t do birthday desserts. I get it Food was nothing to brag about. Ala vodka was not great but it was cold, clams casino were tiny and didn’t look like what they typically look like.. we sent them back Positive notes, super Tuscan glass of wine was delicious, garlic bread was good and so was that green sauce at the table(with salt) stuffed mushrooms were really good, calamari was decent,but nothing to brag about Not sure if I’ll be back.

I was outside by the water at a table under the awning. Food was delicious and served exactly as ordered. Even the weather was excellent:)

Ther service was excellent and the waiter had a great sense of humour. Food was outstanding. We shared appies. Try the zucchini flowers ! We all had either branzino or snapper. Fish was perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth . We shared some desserts and the brunello wine selections were fabulous. We ate outside as an option and again a great choice!

Had a wonderful lunch and traveled to meet friends using Palm Beach Gardens as the meeting spot. I knew Carmine's would be the perfect place and it was. Wonderful food and a great place to get a corner table to talk. And we went to the market afterwards and they loved it. We all bought Italian cookies for the road ride back!

Everything was wonderful last night the food and our server. It was rushed. We did not get an appetizer, ordered dinner and it was served in about 10 minutes. I have worked in the restaurant industry and understand prepping ahead of time. But our reservation was 6:45pm and we were out of there by 7:45. We had to ask for bread. Its a wonderful restaurant but just need to slow it down
