Carmine's La Trattoria is the place to dine if you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine. Executive Chef Elmer Saravia places great pride in sourcing the ingredients for his dishes. Serving Palm Beach Gardens Since 1988 - We have an extensive menu featuring Italian favorites, Fresh Seafood, Prime Meats as well as Brick Oven Pizza and Flat Breads, a Full Bar and a Comprehensive Wine List including highly allocated reserve wines in a peaceful dining room and patio overlooking the marina.

On most Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights we have live entertainment.

You can stop by our Gourmet market before or after your meal to pick up some goodies to take home.

Ther service was excellent and the waiter had a great sense of humour. Food was outstanding. We shared appies. Try the zucchini flowers ! We all had either branzino or snapper. Fish was perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth . We shared some desserts and the brunello wine selections were fabulous. We ate outside as an option and again a great choice!

Had a wonderful lunch and traveled to meet friends using Palm Beach Gardens as the meeting spot. I knew Carmine's would be the perfect place and it was. Wonderful food and a great place to get a corner table to talk. And we went to the market afterwards and they loved it. We all bought Italian cookies for the road ride back!

Everything was wonderful last night the food and our server. It was rushed. We did not get an appetizer, ordered dinner and it was served in about 10 minutes. I have worked in the restaurant industry and understand prepping ahead of time. But our reservation was 6:45pm and we were out of there by 7:45. We had to ask for bread. Its a wonderful restaurant but just need to slow it down

The food was fantastic. Service was perfect. The food came out quickly and all 4 of us liked what we ordered (calamari, ceaser salad, house salad, beet salad, lasagna, chicken milanese, lobster ravioli, zuppa di pesce which was a seafood/shellfish stew type thing). There are mostly booths inside, but outside had plenty of regular tables with white tablecloths. A little pricey, but not bad for what you're getting. It was definitely on the louder side, which I wouldn't mind, but my 91 year old uncle hates loud restaurants, but they were happy to accommodate him and moved us to a quieter table.

The food and service were very good as usual. I was amazed that so many people were there on a Wednesday evening. You must be doing something right.

Excellent Italian food. Fresh pasta, authentic sauces, great steak, large menu and great service. Yes it's a little expensive, but you get what you pay for.
