Merci d'avoir choisi le Carmine's Midtown. Situé au cœur de Times Square, sur la 44th Street entre la 7th et la 8th Avenue, ce restaurant de style familial offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix à ses clients avec ses nombreux plats issus de la cuisine du Sud de l'Italie. Les portions sont gargantuesques et rappellent un festin typique des mariages italo-américains. Les plats d'antipasti, de pâtes, de fruits de mer ou de viande, et bien sûr les desserts sont tous faits maison et constituent des classiques de chez Carmine's. Our reservation was at 8:45pm on a Tuesday night. The place was jam packed. We did have to wait approximately 10 minutes to be seated after checking in. Once seated our waiter came and proved very knowledgeable and professional. The family style serving portions are huge. We had a table of six and barely ate half of each item. We had a “Carmines salad” and fried zucchini for appetizers. Both delicious. I don’t like fried Zucchini and I loved these. For main course we had penne with marinara and shrimp scampi on angel hair. Excellent food. I could ate till I busted. Price was reasonable especially for the amount of food. Our bill was $220 which included some adult beverages. The only negative, which is a personal thing, was how crowded and noisy it was. It’s a large restaurant and seats a lot of people so it was to be expected.

Tabled right on time to our reservation. Staff was fantastic and food was top notch. Highly recommmend

There were 10 of us & we had made reservations at 5 pm as we had 7 pm theater tickets. Our table was ready for us upon arrival & our waiter was friendly & on point from start to finish. Service was great without feeling rushed & his wine suggestion was perfect. The portions are huge so we started with the calamari & Caesar salad which was plenty for all of us & both very good. We chose 4 dishes, Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Scaloppine, Rigatoni & Broccoli, & Penne alla Vodka & all were delicious. We all commnted that the Penne was the best we’d had as the sauce was not too heavy & perfectly spiced. Although we could have only ordered 3 dishes, we all enjoyed the variety of the 4 choices. We finished off with cappuccinos for the table & made it to the theater with 15 minutes to spare. We couldn’t have picked a better restaurant & the bonus was it was very reasonable. Great job Carmine’s!!

Initially we had no waiter. We waited approximately 30 minutes to get a waiter and a manager stopped by our table and said we would be getting a waiter. We finally got a waiter 15 minutes later and he was abrupt and took our order. We did not receive our food until 1 hour 10 minutes after we were seated.

This restaurant never disappoints!!! Food is excellent and portions are huge!!! We have never had a bad experience!! Love sitting at the bar!!

Appetizers and entries were excellent, as always. Cheese cake was terrible. Been to Carmine's many times over the years first time I've had something that wasn't well prepared.
