Reservations via OpenTable were easy, and our table was waiting for us when we arrived. Our wait staff was very pleasant and took our orders, and checked in shortly after appetizers arrived. The table was cleared after apps and salad, and shortly after, our main courses arrived. Managers checked in with our table, and everything was delicious (as always).

I just love everything about Carlucci’s Waterfront! From the upscale modern atmosphere to views of the water and the fire pit area, not to mention amazing food and drinks! The crab cake appetizer was perfect for sharing and the Chilean sea bass was like butter ♥️ The wait staff are very attentive and the owners are frequently dropping by to see how everything is. It’s my new favorite restaurant!

My first visit to Carlucci's Waterfront. The restaurant was talked up on SJ Food Scene so I decided to give it a try. The place is located just off I-295 making it a very convenient location. There is patio seating enclosed just a half flight below the main dining area. We chose to seat inside for a better view of Rancocas Creek. Harry was our waiter. He was friendly and charming. Our salads, house and Caesar where fine, chilled and fresh. We both had Chicken Francese which were two thin chicken fillets in a nice battered breading. The chicken wasn't salted. The fillets were served on a generous bed of pasta that was very al dente. The sauce was lemony. It was good, but not something I'd order again. We shared the Chocolate Thunder for dessert, a small portion of cake that was tasty. I will probably try it again and maybe try a more adventurous item on the menu.

It was a friendly dinner where I ordered the Caesar salad, which honestly had no flavor and the Kio a Pepe, which had no pepper to taste. The renovations that were performed are beautiful. The chairs are comfortable and our server. Sophia was wonderful.
