Ww were late for our reservation due to late flight at O'Hare. I called and let the restaurant know and they were very accommodating. By the time we arrived it was 8:55. They kept the kitchen open for the 3 of us and we had a great dinner. Such a caring staff of people.....amazing. We tipped the entire kitchen and serving staff. Carlucci is the BEST. Period.

Staff was great. Arrived late due to airplane delay, very accommodating. Seated in bar area which was very nice. The waitstaff, Danny, was efficient and personable. Everything was okay. The issue is the cost versus value. The food was tasty but not great. The menu prices for food and drinks were extremely high. Therefore, value did not align. Also, did not ask but first bill I have ever seen where they sales tax food and drinks separate...at least they tell you they are. Misplaced the receipt so can not check the tax % for each.......that maybe be interesting

Italian restaurant at it's best. Wait staff was tremendous and very Helpful. No cork charge on Saturday was a pleasant surprise.

Kids had pizzas which were fine but I had the Caesar salad(which was drowned in dressing and wet through, with hard as rock croutons) and a rice balls trio, which was completely tasteless.

The food is very good. We went there for lunch, the waiter was so efficient in taking our unfinished appetizer away. It seems that they are trying to rush through lunch rounds. For the price we paid for lunch, I really don’t appreciate being rushed through the lunch service.

Whenever we fly via Chicago we stay at the Hilton Hotel and go to Carlucci’s. As always we had a fabulous food experience at Carlucci’s last night. We took my sister, who is strictly vegan and cannot have excessive amount of oil. Our waiter Danny was most helpful and the chef came out to ensure that he got our order right. The meal was delicious and my sister thoroughly enjoyed her pasta. We would highly recommend Carlucci’s
