Unforgettable experience at Carlo & Johnny! From the moment we sat down, everything was perfect – but the real star of the night was our server, Paul. Hands down, he was the best we’ve ever had. Funny, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our evening special – he absolutely made the night for us. We were celebrating a birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The Steak Diane and Butter Cake more than lived up to the hype – every bite was incredible. We’ll definitely be back, and when we do, we’re asking for Paul! If you want an amazing dining experience, this is the place – and he’s the person to make it unforgettable!

Always a great experience at Carlo and Jonny’s. Wonderful atmosphere and great food. Our server Megan was amazing, she gave great recommendations and made an entire experience even better!

Overall good experience and very attentive service professionals. Food fell a little short, steak was a bit overly seasoned, sushi tasted a bit like old refrigeration and the Freddy salad had a ton of bacon so that’s all I tasted. Usually the food is excellent, but for the price I think we will hold off a bit longer for next time. Cameron our server though was very great and knowledgeable. He ended up salvaging our experience.

Wife and I were celebrating our 49th wedding anniversary. The folks at Carlo & Johnny made our night extra special. GREAT food, FANTASTIC service, a table-sde visit by the Manager and the Executive Chef...what more could you ask for. The Manager even made reservations for our 50th anniversary in 2026. The Perfect Restaurant for any occasion.

We did an early Valentines date night here and had amazing service and food! You know going into a Jeff Ruby experience that the prices will be high so expectations match that. The food was good, similar to the other locations and so nothing stood out to me as unique. My only dislike was the bar area. Not the fact that it was crowded just the overall setup made it incredibly difficult for anyone to hang out and grab a drink while guests were waiting for tables. The hallway being crowded made it difficult for wait staff to get through so I felt bad for them. But everyone from waiter to valet was kind, attentive and conversational. Really appreciate that!!
