Our waiter was excellent--Cameron I believe. We were just disappointed in the food. Steak and Lobster Tail just didn't have a lot of flavor.

We arrived almost an hour early for our reservation and we were still seated right away. Fast, friendly service from start to finish and the food was outstanding!

Our server Mayo was outstanding. We were a group of 8 celebrating a birthday and he did a fantastic job making our dinner and evening a very special night. Dinner was paced great, he took a group picture and everyone received a copy. Service plus the great food made for a great evening for all.

Had dinner here for special birthday. We had the steak & lobster special with sides. Food was fabulous. Ally our waitress was fantastic. I feel Ally did her best to make our dinner memorable. Thank you Ally. We will be back again & again. Jeff Ruby does it right.

Jak our server was beyond fabulous! He knows the menu well and offers great recommendations and explanation of meat cut choices. Food was top notch & the red room was a great setting to celebrate and enjoy great conversation. The hostess Aubree was very professional as she greeted and guided our group to our table as each family member staggered in at different times. The staff truly makes this A+ great place to celebrate!

5-star Food and Service. Staff was attentive without being distracting. It’s always a good time when you can crack jokes with the staff. Carlo & Johnny’s is the most consistent and enjoyable of the Jeff Ruby restaurants in Cincinnati.

Carlo and Johnny was a wonderful experience. The newly renovated Collector’s Room is beautiful and the speak-easy vibe really sets the environment for the dinner. The history of the house is also very interesting! The food was delicious and service members went above and beyond. This is my favorite location thus far!
