Our service was great and the room we were seated in was very romantic. The chef made a special caramel candied pecan ice cream that week which was absolutely amazing. It should be on the regular menu!!! Our server Sarah was great!

We went for our anniversary! We had a lovely young lady as our server - she was sweet, engaging and very accommodating to our needs. Great service! Thank you for offering the $65 steak and lobster special. It is just absolutely perfect and at a much more affordable price point to allow for more frequent visits. We’ve visited twice in the last two weeks. Delicious meal and just the right size as we don’t eat large meals anymore. We also loved the new wine menu - had the Belle Union - so good! Much appreciated!

Extremely loud table next to us made for an unpleasant experience. The filet was delicious but the rib eye was overly fatty. Mashed potatoes were meh, a little thin. Salads and vegetables were good.

My husband and I had 10pm reservations to celebrate his birthday. There was a live band and they were AWESOME! Service was decent but we were extremely disappointed with our meal. To start, our order was ready 10 minutes after we placed it. The lightening speed with which we received our meal in addition to the fact that both were lukewarm in temperature made it apparent that the meal was not prepared to order. I got the salmon and my husband got lamb chops. The plates were not hot when they arrived to table and there was no steam coming from any of the plates. The cheese in the macaroni was not even melted completely. Within 2-3 minutes the sides were literally cold. I did mention it to our server. One saving grace is that the food was flavorful! We heated it in the air fryer when we got home and it was delicious. It would have been nice to enjoy our meal hot and made fresh to order. I realize the kitchen was closing but I strongly believe that restaurants should stop seating patrons if food will not be prepared fresh in lieu of serving food that was obviously not cooked to order. We were disappointed especially celebrating his birthday. Addendum - Ashley Stephen’s, the GM, personally called on 9/5/2024 to offer apologies. She was professional, pleasant, polite and genuine. It was evident that she truly cares about the diner’s experience. My husband wanted I will be going back and allowing C&Js to get it right!

Ate at the bar upstairs. Much quieter environment up there and chandeliers are very nice. Corey behind the bar was awesome. He took care of our drinks and Meals. He told us stories about the history of the building and overall made our dinner experience iconic.
