The Carillon is a New American restaurant featuring familiar food with a refined twist. The Carillon provides a sophisticated and approachable dining experience for all occasions. Our culinary team masterfully creates dishes with local, fresh, and seasonal produce and organic, grass-fed or free-range proteins. The Carillon offers ‘a la Carte’ or 3-course dinner for $45 tasting menu, which can be skillfully paired with award-winning wines.

All but one in a party of 6 enjoyed their meals. However a bison tenderloin was sent back twice for further cooking and still wasn’t deemed edible. Another member consumed it without complaint. It’s an odd phenomenon that such attentive service personnel would leave empty cocktail glasses on the table while studiously refilling water and topping off wine glasses. But overall the service, meal descriptions by staff and quality were excellent.

We chose this restaurant because of the high rating to celebrate a birthday and retirement. It was exceptional! Our server Chris was attentive and precise about explaining menu and cocktails. He also made sure it was served when we wanted each course. Restaurant was quiet and lovely for conversation and we all ordered the 3 course option for $45. We thought it was delicious and outstanding. We will be back!

Top notch food and service ALWAYS! Come hungry-it is a lot of tasty food🤗. We love the seasonal menu with locally sources ingredients.

Carillon is hands-down one of the best restaurants in Austin. The service is excellent: servers are attentive, water glasses are refilled, typically the manager comes by each table. The three course dinner for $45 cannot be beat! The portions are full portions, and everything I’ve ever had there is delicious.

Our favorite restaurant in Austin. Limited menu, but each item is creative, well made, and beautifully presented. Service is professional, there is substantial space among tables, and the ambiance is subdued. Excellent value.

The food was absolutely delicious and came out quickly. Drinks were also great but the bar took quite a while to make them. Would have been 5 stars but service is a bit wonky. Had to ask for water, dirty dishes weren’t cleared. Brought my app and main (was a starter but it was clear I wasn’t ordered more) out at the same time so I got to watch my partner eat his main as I had finished way before his even came out. Our server was nice and apologetic but they need to work out the kinks, especially for such a nice establishment. Amazing food saved the experience for us.
