our waiter chris was great. food wasn't up to par unfortunately. filet and swordfish were just ok. chocolate cake was dry, tasteless. although good, $17+ for glass of house wine?!?! usually capriccio's is outstanding. this was just one dinner that was off...in the last 45 years of dining there. we'll be back again.

We had the beef carpaccio, pork chop and crème brûlée from the restaurant week menu It was all good I don’t know why the wine by the glass prices are not on the menu. The price we paid when we got the bill was high and a bad surprise. Probably $5.00 too high

We selected from the Restaurant Week Menu and were delighted with our choices of appetizer (beet carpaccio and cold asparagus soup); entree (day boat scallops and beef tenderloin risotto); and dessert (Angela's chocolate cake and peach crumble). We chose an early reservation time of 4:30 p.m. to allow time to visit the beach afterward and were in and out in one hour without ever feeling rushed. From the warm welcome to the attentive service to the outstanding food, Capriccio demonstrated that it is consistent in delivering an exceptional dining experience. I am writing this review while finishing my beet carpaccio appetizer that was served in such a generous portion that I brought half of it home to eat for lunch today and was reminded of what a creative and scrumptious dish it was!

I love Capriccio! My husband and I took his mother out for dinner here for restaurant week as she was visiting from South Carolina. Comparatively to the other restaurants participating in the restaurant week, Capriccio had the most options for the restaurant week prefix menu. There was a mishap with one of my meals and the evening manager comped my 3 course meal, which was more than expected. Our waitress that we had went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. At times, I observed our waitress to be out of breath as she was working so hard to deliver drinks and meals to all of her tables, in a timely manner. At the end of our meal, our waitress even carried my leftovers up and out to our car that was valet. This type of service made this middle-class girl feel like a million dollars!

Service was great. We had a 3 course meal that came out in a very timely manner. We didn't feel rush to eat any of the course. The food was great. The atmosphere was very nice. We would definitely go back again and again.
