Le restaurant Luxurious Capriccio, taillé dans les caves d'un coin renommé du quartier financier de la ville de Providence, est situé le long de la Riverwalk, au croisement des rues Dyer et Pine. Il a longtemps été réputé comme un haut lieu de la capitale pour ses dîners aux chandelles raffinés et son code vestimentaire exigeant "où les habitants de la ville tout comme les touristes sont délicieusement dorlotés." Always great food and great service at Capriccio. The bar is a great place to chill out before dinner. The only criticism I have is the drink prices are pretty ridiculous. If you go for dinner and don’t drink alcohol the food is very reasonably priced.

Ambiance was Amazing. The waiters were nice and polite. The menu looked wonderful. The table loved the idea of a 3 course meal for $50 a person and the selections they offered, and many to choose from! The food was good but not amazing. The table order 3 crème brûlée and all were badly overcooked. We had relaxed with chocolate cake which was SO GOOD and moist and a tiramisu which was also good. I really wanted to love it but reality was it was good food with great ambiance. The atmosphere was great and NEVER RUSHED! We spent over 90 minutes there! Total bill for 6 of us was $681 before tip.

I had a great meal with my boyfriend! Our server Ariana was very knowledgeable and eager to help. The maître d’ was very hospitable as well. We had amazing aranchini with cacio e pepe sauce, a lobster bisque which came highly recommended which we loved, a short rib special and veal parm! Amazing service and ambience, amazing food. Would return when it’s in the budget again. Come with a ready wallet lol

Where do I start. Capriccio’s is not what it used to be. Let’s start with the “Paper menu “. Our appetizers were ok the entrees were just ok. Duck was stringy and the salmon being the better entree of the two was overcooked . Typically we have leftovers because we love our meals at any given time at our favorite neighborhood restaurants but we ate this meal reluctantly so we did not have to take it home. I will never return and will cherish the memories of what Capriccio was and will never be again.

Absolutely amazing!! I’ve never been to a place where they treat you with such ease and almost like family. Will definitely be going back soon cause the food and drinks are something they truly take seriously and you can taste quality. In addition, the service from the vallet down to the server is truly top notch. 10/10

My favorite restaurant in Providence and one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. This old school Italian restaurant never disappoints. My wife always gets Dover Sole and I always get Veal Parmigiana. We’ve had Christmas Eve dinners, birthday dinners, and every other celebratory dinner at Capriccio and they’re always spectacular.
