Capricci is an "restaurant & deli” bringing to London 30 years of experience in selecting exceptional Italian food and wines from small artisanal producers. Capricci's Italian regional menu is inspired by the highest quality ingredients and changes on a weekly basis according to the seasonal products available. So you will not find a fixed menu but all the ideas and achievements that the creative cuisine offers daily with a passion for surprise. Our wine list combines natural wines from Italian microproducers with great classics such as Barolo, Amarone and Prosecco. Capricci offers a unique experience of products and authentic Italian recipes which can be tasted comfortably seated at the table, or brought home for your own pleasure. Moreover Capricci features a rich program of special events and “piatti del giorno” that will make any visit to the restaurant unique. The dining room can seat 25, the service is very well finished, while remaining informal.

                                                                      Amazing Italian experience. Our waiter and server were both incredible. We had the gnocchi with sun dried tomatoes pesto and almonds, and the prawn tartar pasta. The whole experience made me want to jump on a flight to Sicily. 5⭐️

                                                                      Very close to the Tate Modern but in a secluded location I’m so glad I found this place. I took my friend for her birthday and we had an excellent time. The service was first class and it was a really cosy and lovely place, like a deli with tables in. It’s advertising itself as “authentic Italian” and I would agree with that, the menu is interesting and very tasty and had dishes on I was very interested to try. I will definitely return.

                                                                      We had a wonderful Sunday lunch here. Amazing Italian food, so interesting and with such excellent ingredients. Super service as always, very more-ish wine. If you've not been before, it looks like a smart sandwich shop, but actually you can have anything you want from just a coffee or snack or a superb meal - all within a short walk of Tate Modern.

                                                                      Quiet, small bistro curiously located Bankside just steps from the Globe Theater, with a modest but wonderful menu, carefully curated. The owner/waiter/maitre d was knowledgeable yet humble, guiding us to the best Italian meal we have had in months, if not years, and we are food snobs. Excellent experience all around. Don’t miss this one.

                                                                      Had a lovely lunch at Capricci today after visiting Tate Modern. We chose two pasta dishes, both of which were delicious. Excellent service, would definitely return.

                                                                      This is a modern-style excellent restaurant - it doesn't look old-fashioned 'posh' but the food, wine and service are excellent indeed. Quite small, very Italian.
